You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity conducted under it. Panelr is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service, including any data, content, or systems connected. You may not use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activity.

The Service relies on third-party systems, including panels, payment processors, and integrations. Panelr does not control or guarantee these systems and assumes no responsibility for their availability, performance, or behavior.

Access to the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Overage charges are billed based on usage and are not subject to subscription discounts.

The Service may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. Panelr makes no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, performance, or data retention.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Panelr has no obligation to store, recover, or provide access to any data.

The Service may be offered in a beta or developmental state and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality. You accept all risks associated with its use, including service interruption, data loss, or permanent discontinuation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
