1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Panelr platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Panelr is an independent automation platform that connects IPTV panel software, playlist editors, and payment processors via their respective APIs. Panelr does not provide, host, stream, distribute, or facilitate access to any IPTV content or streams.
Panelr has no affiliation with any panel provider, payment processor, editor, or third-party service. All integrations connect via publicly available APIs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to facilitate the distribution of copyrighted content without authorization
- Use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
5. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content, services, and operations you manage through the Panelr platform. Panelr provides automation infrastructure only. We are not responsible for the legality, quality, or availability of any content or services provided by you or your panel software.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your customers.
6. Intellectual property
The Panelr platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Panelr. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without express written permission.
The open plugin system allows developers to build plugins that integrate third-party panels with Panelr. Plugin developers retain ownership of their plugin code. By uploading a plugin to Panelr, you grant Panelr a limited license to store, scan, and distribute your plugin to authorized installations.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processors, panel software, and playlist editors. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Panelr is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
8. Beta access
During the beta period, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time. Beta access may be revoked at our discretion.
8a. No warranty of service
Panelr is provided without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, performance, data integrity, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Service may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Service downtime, interruptions, data loss, failed automations, missed renewals, payment processing failures, or any other service disruption. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and contingency plans. Third-party integrations — including panel software, payment processors, and playlist editors — are outside our control. We make no guarantees regarding the availability or behavior of any third-party API or service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continuous availability.
Panelr expressly disclaims all liability for service interruptions, data loss, integration failures, third-party service outages, or any consequential impact on your business operations. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panelr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Panelr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. DMCA policy
Panelr does not host or distribute any content. If you believe that content accessible through a service built on Panelr infringes your copyright, please contact the operator of that service directly. For DMCA inquiries specifically relating to Panelr, contact [email protected].
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.
13. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
14. Changes to these terms
