What's new

• Bots: Panelr can give linked members a role in your Discord server, either one role for everyone or a role per service, so you can keep channels for members only. Roles update on their own as members buy, renew, expire or unlink. Off unless you switch it on.
• News: a Telegram source can now follow a provider's group. Forward a message from the group to your bot and it becomes a post; the bot asks which source it belongs to the first time and remembers the writer after that.

Fixes

• Fixed: a support ticket sent through the API with a line that doesn't match the customer could fail on some databases instead of being created without the line.
• Fixed: on the work orders page, the confirmation for deleting several pending webhook orders showed white with unreadable text on dark themes.

What's new

• News: posts can be sent into a topic of your Telegram group, chosen per source and per post. New topics can be made from the same picker.
• News: a post written by hand can start from a source, taking its title, its saved picture, its category and its destinations.
• News: long New Releases posts now show a picture on every Discord and Telegram message, made from the titles that message lists, instead of repeating the first picture.

Fixes

• News: daily sources no longer skip their scheduled run when they were checked by hand earlier the same day.
• News: pictures are saved correctly on servers where the scheduled job and the website run as different users.

What's new

• PlaylistLabs.io Editor: You can now connect through your own self-hosted User Management Panel, alongside the existing PlaylistLabs.io connection. On the service's editor card, choose "PlaylistLabs.io on your own server", enter your panel address and API token (and the token password if you set one), then pick a playlist.
• BETA: A running line can move to a plan with more connections for the rest of its term, on panels that support it (Best Panel today). Turn it on per service under Add Connections, choose whether customers may do it themselves, and set a minimum charge. The price is the difference between the two plans for the time left; the expiry date does not change.
• New for plugin developers: A plugin can declare the connection_upgrade capability and add two optional methods, getUpgradeOptions() and upgradeActivation(), to let Panelr move a running line to a plan with more connections. Existing plugins need no change.
• BETA: News/Announcements: Write a post once and send it to a News page on your website, the API, Discord, Telegram, and/or your members by email, now or on a schedule, with a preview of each before it goes live. Sources can write posts for you from new channels, films, and series on your services, or from a provider's Telegram channel, with posts held for your approval or published on their own.
• Settings → Bots is reorganized into Connect, Access, Support, and News, and channels are picked from a list instead of being pasted as IDs.
• Panelr for IPTV Boss 1.4.1: apps that show "now and next" now get current listings on every channel, sports event channels included, without Universal EPG switched on in IPTV Boss, and customers' category picks now apply to the guide and to channel playback on every layout.

Fixes

• Fixed: a service moved from PlaylistLabs to IPTV Boss no longer warns that its old editor token is expiring.
• Fixed: When two services share one editor (PlaylistLabs.io or IPTV Boss), the editor sync no longer reports the other service's lines as unmatched. The skipped-lines email now covers only lines no service owns, and is sent only when that list changes.
• Fixed: the Discord bot could get stuck on "thinking…" when Discord was briefly busy. It now sends the reply again until it goes through.

What's new

• Pause sales on a service: A new switch on each service's card in Settings → Panel Plugin. While paused, the service's plans and trial are not offered on the website, in the bots, or over the API, and any attempt to order or renew one is refused with a plain reason. Everything else stays as it is: existing lines keep running and syncing, customers still see their connection details and can change bouquets and categories, and you can still create orders and renewals for the service from the admin. Switch it off, and the service goes back on sale. Useful when setting up a new service before launch or winding one down.

• Emails are now designed in the Site Editor: a new Emails page shows each customer email with a sample customer, lets you click the header, logo, text, buttons or footer to set colors, logo size, header text size and font, sends you a test, and applies the look to every email Panelr sends, admin notices included.
• Support tickets can now each have their own place in your staff chat: a private Discord channel or thread, or a Telegram topic, where the member, the bot and your staff talk and everything typed lands on the ticket; closed tickets are tidied away and deleted on a schedule you set, files are kept safely, tickets can be claimed, and the whole thing is set up from one rebuilt Settings → Bots page that fetches your server's categories and roles for you.
• Bundle discounts: Automatically calculate discounts when one order holds plans on two or more of your services, at checkout, in the bots, over the API and in admin-made orders, with coupons that can be limited to chosen services or plans.
• Bouquet groups: group a service's bouquets under one name and icon. Customers pick the group as one choice, everywhere bouquets are chosen, and changing a group updates every line that picked it. Works with both PlaylistLabs and IPTV Boss, with no change to the editor or the add-on.
• Panelr for IPTV Boss v1.1.0 released: player-safe stream ids, categories kept per layout, and a bad guide never replaces a good one.
• Delete a customer account from their page, choosing whether their lines stay, get archived, or are removed from the panel/editor.
• Move a line to a different customer, or unlink it from its customer.
• New panel plugin: RUBY Panel, connecting through its reseller API with a token. Products, trials, activations, renewals, suspend, terminate, bouquets, credits and line sync.

Fixes

• Fixed: with an editor connected, Sync Now on the panel plugin could replace the editor's bouquets with the panel's.
• Disconnecting an editor now removes its leftover bouquets.
• Linking a second staff chat no longer fails.

What's new

• IPTV Boss editor: lines created, renewed and removed in Boss with Panelr-issued passwords, live-tested on a real XC server.
• Per-customer channel categories for IPTV Boss lines, chosen in the member area and by the bots.
• Bots: shopping cart with several plans per order.

• WooCommerce is a payment method: customers pay on your connected store with whatever it accepts. No gateway match needed.

What's new

• IPTV Boss integration added requires IPTV Boss 3.11.126 beta or newer.
• Member bulk messaging updated to support rich-text formatting across email and bot delivery.
• Cockpit Panel plugin added (beta): sells accounts on a Cockpit module (Stremio tested). Uses the Panelr Connector, downloaded from the service settings and unzipped into the Cockpit folder; pairs on first connection with nothing to configure on the Cockpit side.
• NXT-Dash Panel plugin added (beta): Does not require reseller API access for automation routines.
• Connection details rebuilt across email, member area, bots, admin and API: each service has a kind of connection (Xtream Codes, playlist link, MAC address, app sign-in, activation code) and every channel shows the same details for it. Useful for non Xtreme connections: VOD apps, VPNs, etc.
• New "How Customers Connect" section on each service, optional and collapsed by default: kind, a sentence, app name and download link (shown as a download button), address label, setup steps, hide address, suggest apps. Useful for non Xtreme connections: VOD apps, VPNs, etc.
• API: get_lines and verify_login return a connection object with the kind, wording, fields, links, steps and apps. Existing fields unchanged.
• Plugins page split into Connected and Available; a plugin shows a logo when its folder holds logo.png.
• WooCommerce plugin 2.0.2: member area renders the new connection details with download buttons, and falls back to the old rows on older Panelr installs.

Fixes

• Fixed a SendPulse mailer issue that caused some emails to have an empty body. Email body base64 encoded per Send Pulse docs.
• Message composer is now a proper editor (Quill) in a wide modal with heading sizes, bold, italic, bullet and numbered lists, and links. Each line is stored as its own block, and email, Telegram and Discord get the lines exactly as typed.
• Fixed bug causing converted trial count to leak into active trial count on dashboard.
