Sign a customer in by email and password. Returns the account, every line it holds (linked to the login, or still carrying the address from before it existed), its credit standing and open ticket count — everything a member area needs. A wrong address and a wrong password answer identically (401), and so does a suspended login. Failed attempts are throttled per account and per visitor — too many in a row answer 429 "Too many attempts". Line credentials are never included; call get_lines for those.
