General

Panelr is middleware that connects your IPTV panel and editor to your customers, handling activations, renewals, trials, and payments in one system.

IPTV providers, resellers, and streamers who want to automate provisioning, payments, and customer management.

It removes manual work across billing, activations, and customer access—so you can scale without operational overhead.

Panels and editors manage streams and users. Panelr sits in the middle and automates business operations.

Panelr adapts based on plugin capabilities which are defined within the plugin. Unsupported features are disabled automatically.

You can request it—Panelr is actively expanding integrations.

No. Panelr sits on top—it doesn’t replace your panel.

Yes. You can restrict access or run in private mode.

How it Works

Customers enter through your website, Discord, or Telegram → payments are processed → Panelr provisions the line on your panel → customer receives access → customers can manage their account (renewals, bouquet selection) automatically.

Yes, through plugins that integrate with panels and editors that have APIs.

A single PHP plugin connects your panel to Panelr. It’s signed per installation and defines what actions are supported.

No. Setup is configuration-based. Developers only need to get involved if building custom plugins.

Plugins & Developer Questions

Any panel with an API can be supported through a plugin. Panelr includes a demo panel plugin with dummy data for testing, as well as a production-ready 1-Stream plugin. If you need a plugin developed for your panel, contact us.

Yes. Panelr has an open plugin system.

Plugins are signed per installation and tied cryptographically to that instance.

Yes. Developers can build once and distribute signed versions to customers.

Security & Reliability

Yes. Panelr follows best practices, including multiple layers of protection across the application and infrastructure:

  1. Bot protection
  2. Rate limiting and request throttling
  3. Anti-abuse checks
  4. Data encrypted at rest

Panelr uses a combination of email validation, VPN/proxy detection, rate throttling, and fallback heuristics to prevent repeated or automated abuse.

Depends on deployment, but in all cases your data is isolated:

  1. Cloud: Each installation runs in its own environment with a dedicated database and its own encryption keys. There are no shared databases or shared encryption keys between customers.
  2. On-prem: Everything runs on your own server and database, fully under your control, with your own encryption keys.

This means:

  1. If there is ever a database issue, it is isolated to a single installation
  2. Sensitive data is encrypted and not stored in plain text

Pricing & Plans

Subscription-based with tiers based on usage (lines and features).

Yes, for cloud plans. Overage charges apply to active lines beyond your plan’s included limit, based on your tier.

On-prem installations do not have overage charges.
