Buying and licences
What am I paying for?
A licence for one server and one domain, with every feature and a year of updates. After that year, updates are optional and renew yearly. Current prices are on the pricing page.
What happens if I stop paying for updates?
Nothing stops. Panelr keeps running on the version you have. You just don't get newer versions until you continue updates. See Your licence and updates.
Can I move Panelr to another server or domain?
Yes. Back up, reinstall from cloud.panelr.app and restore. See Move to a new server.
Installing and setting up
What server do I need?
PHP 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3 with the ionCube Loader, MariaDB 10.3 or newer, HTTPS on your domain, access to cron, and 500 MB of disk space. See Before you install.
Can Panelr live in a subfolder?
Yes. Install it at yourdomain.com or in a folder such as yourdomain.com/panelr.
Can I sell from several panels at once?
Yes. Each panel is its own service, with its own plans, hosts and trial, all in one store. See Add a service.
Selling and customers
Do I have to use the Panelr website?
No. Customers can also buy through your Telegram or Discord bot, a WooCommerce store, your own site on the API, or orders you make in the admin. You can also keep the site private, for members and the people they invite: Who can see your site.
Can I bring in the customers I already have?
Yes. Most panels pass their lines over when the service syncs. For the rest, import a CSV. See Bring in your existing lines.
Can I take payments by hand?
Yes. Add a manual payment method with your own instructions, and confirm each payment when it arrives. See Manual payments.
API & Integrations
Does Panelr have an API?
Yes. Depending on your license, Panelr offers a full REST API. Please review our published API documentation.
Can I use my existing website?
Yes. Panelr supports headless setups via API or plugins (e.g., WooCommerce).
Does Panelr support bots (Discord/Telegram)?
Yes. Customers can interact and purchase through bots connected to Panelr.
