Your licence runs on one server at a time, and your data doesn't move by itself. You take a backup, install on the new server and restore it there.
- On the old server, make a backup: Back up and restore. Keep the passphrase safe.
- On cloud.panelr.app, open My Installations and press Reinstall on this installation. The old copy stops at its next check-in, and you get a fresh download.
- Point your domain at the new server, upload the download and run the installer: Install Panelr. Add the scheduled tasks there too.
- Sign in, open Settings → Backup & Updates → Backup and restore your backup.
- Place a test order.
Moving to a new domain
On cloud.panelr.app, press Domain on the installation, enter the new domain and press Update Domain. A new build is made and the download link is emailed to you. Install it on the new domain within 72 hours; after that the old copy stops.
