A Panelr licence is for one server and one domain, with every feature. It comes with a year of updates. When that year ends, Panelr keeps running; continuing updates only gets you newer versions.
What it covers
- One server and one domain. A subfolder on that domain is fine.
- Every feature, with as many services, customers and lines as your server can handle.
- Updates for a year from purchase. The date is shown under Settings → Backup & Updates → Updates.
When your year of updates ends
We email you 30, 7 and 1 days before, and on the day. Each email has a Continue updates button. You can also do it any time under My Installations on cloud.panelr.app. Nothing is charged unless you choose to.
What stops Panelr
- The licence installed on another server.
- A card payment for the licence that was disputed and lost.
- A domain change on cloud.panelr.app that isn't finished within 72 hours.
- Your server unable to reach cloud.panelr.app for 21 days.
- Your server's clock set to a date earlier than its last check-in.
