Most panels hand over their existing lines when the service syncs, so your current customers appear under Lines on their own. Then give them accounts: Give lines an account.
Panels that can't list their lines
For these, the service's settings show Import Existing Lines after its first sync. Press Import Lines and pick a way in:
- Use Chrome Extension: download the Panelr extension, use it on your panel to save your lines as a CSV, then upload that file.
- Upload CSV Manually: upload your own CSV file with a header row.
- Choose the file and press Next: Map Columns.
- Match your columns to Panelr's fields. Only the username is needed; a row without one is skipped.
- Press Start Import.
A username that's already in Panelr is updated, not added twice. The result shows how many lines were created, updated and skipped. You can import again whenever you like; the offer stays until you dismiss it.
