Customers sign in to their account on your site with their email and password. Someone who only has a line's own username and password can sign in with those too; Panelr then offers to make them an account, so one login reaches every line they hold.
What they can do
- See each line with its expiry date, and rename it.
- Renew a line, or upgrade a trial to a plan.
- Select Packages to choose their channels, where the service allows it.
- Details: their connection details, playlist links and your setup instructions.
- Link a line they bought before, by its username and password.
- See orders waiting for payment under Pending Connections, with the link to pay.
- See their credits and the members they've referred, if you use credits and referrals.
- Change their name, email and password, connect Telegram or Discord, and choose whether to get announcements.
You can rearrange and restyle the member area in the Site Editor. Who can reach it is set under Who can see your site.
