Every customer with an account gets an invite code to share. When someone they invited buys, they earn credits. Credits pay for plans instead of money. Switch it on or off under Settings → Website → Invites and rewards.
What earns and what it costs
Set it on each plan, under Products:
- Referral Reward: credits the inviter earns when an invitee buys this plan.
- Credit Price: what the plan costs in credits.
Each service can also opt out under its Referral Rewards setting.
See and change credits
- Customers → Credit Ledger lists every credit earned and spent.
- On a customer's page, Credits & Invites shows their balance and who they invited.
- More → Adjust Credits adds or takes away credits by hand. Replace Invite Code gives them a new one.
Credits are earned on purchases, not on plain renewals.
