Panelr for WooCommerce lets a WordPress store sell your plans. Panelr still makes the lines and keeps the accounts; the store shows the products and takes the money.
Two ways to use it
- Replaces this site: the store is your customer site. Checkout, the member area, trials, order status, support and apps live there, and Panelr's emails link there.
- Takes payments only: your Panelr site stays as it is. Payment methods you set to On the connected store send their orders to the store to be paid.
Connect the store
- On the store (WordPress 6.0 or newer, WooCommerce 7.2 or newer), install and activate Panelr for WooCommerce.
- In Panelr, open the API page and press Generate API Key.
- In WordPress, open Panelr → Connection. Enter your Panelr address and the key, save, and press Test connection.
- Open Products and press Sync from Panelr. For each service, choose whether it's sold as a product for each plan or as one product with the plans as options.
- Open Pages and press Create the missing pages.
- Open Payments and match each Panelr payment method to the WooCommerce methods that take it.
- In Panelr, open Settings → Website → Connected store. Switch it on, choose how the store is used, pick WooCommerce, enter the store's address, press Test and Save.
Good to know
- On Payments you choose where discount codes come from: WooCommerce coupons, or Panelr's coupons. One or the other per order.
- The plugin checks each order with Panelr and marks it Completed in WooCommerce when the connection is ready. You can switch that off and move orders yourself.
- If the store is disconnected, every payment method checks out on Panelr again until it's back.
