A coupon is a code that takes money off at checkout: on your site, in the bots and on a connected store. Make them on Settings → Coupons.
- Type the Code.
- Choose Percent or an amount, and the Value.
- Optional: how many Uses in total, when it Expires, and Once per customer.
- Optional: Only on these services or Only on these plans. Then only those lines get the discount, and the rest of the order stays at full price.
- Press Create coupon.
A coupon never takes off more than what it applies to. Your coupons shows how many times each has been used. Pause one to stop it without losing it.
